miR2Diabetes provides a comprehensive data accessing strategies.
You can use our database by the very intuitive interfaces, browsing database by microRNA symbol-clouds
or searching database by keywords.
You can access them with various ways.
1. Access database at the front-page.
2. Access database at the breadcrumb.
3. Access database at the navigation menu.
At the front page of miR2Diabetes, we are providing summaries of data entries in our database.
When you click a summary panel of "microRNA", you will move to browsing database page.
And if you click a summary panel of "Experimental outcome", you will move to searching database page.
Figure 1. Database anchors at the Front-page
In the every web page of our database-miR2Diabetes, there is a breadcrumb at the top of contents.
This menu indicates where you are and provides anchors to jump other pages of your interest.
"Browse by microRNA" leads you our microRNA symbol-clouds page, and "Search by keywords" moves you to
our database search page.

At the left side of your browser, we provide you navigation menu. Just click menu items where you
want to move to.

miR2Diabetes provides very simple but effective searching function.
You can search our database by clicking a microRNA symbol at the microRNA symbol-clouds
or by giving some keywords with a reactive context helper.
At the "Browse by microRNA" page, you can get an word cloud. This word cloud are
consisted with microRNA symbols registered at our database. The size of microRNA symbol represents
number of outcomes what is related to a certain microRNA. This page provides you not only a database
browsing function with a microRNA symbol but also summarized information which microRNAs are observed

At the "Search by keywords" page, you can retrieve our database by giving several keywords.
When you try to type a keyword at the search box. miR2Diabetes will suggest you items reacting your
key-ins. The only registered items will pop-up so that you can save your efforts to select an item of
your interest. If you want to know how to search our database, just feel free to click a "Example" button.

miR2Diabetes provides microRNA dysregulation patterns with an experimental design of literatures.
When you done browsing or searching our database, relevent items are listed. Click "VIEW" button of your interest.

Our database provides summary of the microRNA and summary of relevant findings (outcomes of literature).
If you click a "Go" button in the summary of findings table, you will move to related items.

In the experimental outcomes, you can check a miRNA dysregulation pattern, related disease, experimental subject,
and sample with a experimental design and result that authors wrote.
